Radish have festivals in the main square every Dec 23 in Oaxaca, Mexico. They use human Figures, and fashion radish into elaborate scenes. Radish were made to look like Jesus, and many other nativity scene. They also carve Radishes, Oaxaca has a long wood carving traditions and farmers therefore they began carving radishes. Oaxaca Radish Festival Mexico is known as "Noche de Rabanos, and can also be known as "Radish Night"
